WHY I RUN
As a musician I spend a considerable amount of my time alone exploring the boundaries of my creative potential. The hours I spend on the trail are essential to helping me clear my mind from this often emotionally-exhausting process. I run to determine the outer limits of both my body and mind and to find balance between the two. I run to write and I run to erase.
