WHERE: 6635 N Baltimore Ave #108 (Same parking lot as Occidental Brewing)

THE RUN: Easy miles -We will run to Forest Park via the St. John’s Bridge and head back for a total of 5 miles. 

This run is all about the easy miles and meeting new people.

A relaxed pace run. We have experienced group runs to be at a faster pace than expected and want to offer a run that is all about the easy miles. No one is left behind! All paces welcome!
