Join us for chill miles in the park. We will finish up with post run food and drinks on the patio at Urban German restaurant

THE RUN: We will run/hike a 6.4 mile lollipop loop from our shop in St Johns to Forest Park and back.  View the route here.

We believe group runs should be more about the social aspect and less about running fast. We focus on easy miles, good company, and making sure no one gets left behind. All paces are welcome here.
